Say Daddy Josiah...."Dad-dad" he has said it all evening. Sweet little coo's! About a month ago he started scooting backwards and turning circles to get to certain toys. He loves watching his older brothers play and he bounces in his bouncer until his little legs are too tired and his head is leaned forward resting on the edge. What a smiler he is too! He's been sitting up for a few weeks and just recently started pulling up on things! Ah! Too fast!<br /><a href="http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/420128_952594566131_44001148_38435630_2004233792_n.jpg"><img style="WIDTH: 373px; HEIGHT: 657px; CURSOR: hand" border="0" alt="" src="http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/420128_952594566131_44001148_38435630_2004233792_n.jpg" /></a><br /><br />Here are some funny things the other two monkeys are saying<br /><br />Enoch: looking out the window he sighs....."I love snow in my life"<br /><br />Mommy: "Yes, one day you will be big and strong like Daddy" Enoch: "Hooray! ONE day!"<br /><br />We have talked about attitudes and what's polite and what is rude....so now whenever Enoch feels like he hasn't been nice, he'll appologize to me (very randomly) "mommy, im sorry i've been an attitude boy"<br /><br />This boy loves to play Nintendo, so our new house rule is that he has to do his school work, help mommy clean something, and play with Noah and then he may play. His favorite is this shooting game, and after I gave him permission, he became all excited and wanted me to play with him "shooting game? hooray! Mommy ill protect you, because you are a great mommy! You get me up in the morning...." and faded from there....apparently that's all im great at. HAHA im kidding, but it was so sweet. The funny thing is though, he is the one that gets ME up in the morning.<br /><br />And my all time favorite, I asked him if I was a boy or girl. He responds "Mommy, your a lady....MY lady" =)<br />Enochs our little tender hearted sweet boy.<br /><a href="http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/417443_952591731811_44001148_38435622_721056634_n.jpg"><img style="WIDTH: 343px; HEIGHT: 631px; CURSOR: hand" border="0" alt="" src="http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/417443_952591731811_44001148_38435622_721056634_n.jpg" /></a><br /><br />Then there's Noah! Our little Character of many faces and sounds! Loveable but a fireball at the same time. Here are some of my favorites.<br /><br />When he falls down, he'll run to me holding his bottom and say "hurt my butter!"<br /><br />He's favorite toy is batman. So I called "Baaaatman! where aaaare you?" and Noah holds up his batman toy after hiding it behind his back and in a deep voice says "im right there"<br /><br />Trying to get Enoch to lay down for a nap, I said "Here, lay right by Noah and watch a movie, then you might go to sleep" Noah pops his head up and looks at Enoch and yells "YES! LAY ME! DOAH! BE HAPPY!" (he calls himself doah)<br /><br />"mommy, what you doing, mommy?" and as I barely get my first word out he yells "OOOOOh!"<br /><br />He's been running around the house yelling "mudder? oh mudder? where are you mudder?" I think he's attempting mother.....<br /><br />His anymore is "mem me moe" that took awhile to figure out<br /><br />His night time phrase checklist "inky, bobble, moo-e HALRIGHT!" (blankey, bottle, movie, ALRIGHT)Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-9919184141488703612012-02-12T16:42:00.000-08:002012-02-12T16:48:42.744-08:006 month comparisons x3!<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-c5msNjh7KkU/TzhdmLJZeoI/AAAAAAAABDE/ep73UpLc2mU/s1600/DSCI2796.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 300px; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5708415438100724354" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-c5msNjh7KkU/TzhdmLJZeoI/AAAAAAAABDE/ep73UpLc2mU/s400/DSCI2796.JPG" /></a><br />Josiah-6 months<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pSKbmU41RxU/Tzhdlh6MBuI/AAAAAAAABC4/6Z4etKPoTwg/s1600/gap%2Bbabies.png"><img style="WIDTH: 400px; HEIGHT: 288px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5708415427031074530" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pSKbmU41RxU/Tzhdlh6MBuI/AAAAAAAABC4/6Z4etKPoTwg/s400/gap%2Bbabies.png" /></a>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-17707938631957158312012-01-20T13:05:00.000-08:002012-01-27T21:46:49.780-08:00Oklahoma/ThanksgivingIn the middle of November, the boys and I traveled back to Oklahoma with Mama Luci and Papa D, after their visit at our house. We left Caleb here in Missouri for a week, to finish his big project of the winter, installing our new heater! Then he would fly to OK to join us after the job was done. It was a construction zone here with all of the tools, mess, saw dust, dirt, tractors in the yard, piping and tubes all over the house. So thank goodness we got the kids out of there! The trip to OK took us 10 hours (normally 6.5) due to various stops for the boys and just taking our time. Things to remember: Noah's diaper leaking on the Burger King slide.....all the way down...., Enoch insisting to the lady at the gas station that he was batman with his mask and gun, NOT the lone ranger, Enoch eating all of the KFC chicken, boys playing chase and climbing fence at rest stop.<br /><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wTNeCQNhSO4/TyOBC1SnNxI/AAAAAAAAA_g/wX_fXkpmaG8/s1600/IMG_0639.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 150px; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5702543438846048018" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-wTNeCQNhSO4/TyOBC1SnNxI/AAAAAAAAA_g/wX_fXkpmaG8/s200/IMG_0639.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4fgvknv6MeY/TyOHNOcBJnI/AAAAAAAABBY/LjsLiieorjY/s1600/IMG_0651.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 240px; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5702550214464841330" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4fgvknv6MeY/TyOHNOcBJnI/AAAAAAAABBY/LjsLiieorjY/s320/IMG_0651.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4upYVWifuNI/TyODCqTi6RI/AAAAAAAAA_4/0-IeHpIMCxo/s1600/IMG_0661.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 240px; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5702545634920425746" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-4upYVWifuNI/TyODCqTi6RI/AAAAAAAAA_4/0-IeHpIMCxo/s320/IMG_0661.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div>We had so much fun once at their house too. They had a fenced in backyard for the boys to run around at their new rent house , a neighborhood with sidewalks for the bikes we brought, and an empty garage for them to play in too. I got to see Sissy, Kelsey, and my pregnant friend Lindsay. Right before Thanksgiving we had the neices and new nephew come for a few days, leaving the 1100 sq ft house to be taken over by 6 grandkids! They had so much fun playing with eachother though, and we got to meet baby Luke. Him and Josiah become immediate friends rolling over to eachother and holding hands. Shawn performed at a Christmas Musical at ORU that we were not able to see in person (3 kids would not sit still for long) but got to watch him perform on video once they came home. </div><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hfMDIypHznI/Txn2XN9YgGI/AAAAAAAAA3g/lApkXmODZlI/s1600/IMAG0056.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 226px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699857682158616674" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hfMDIypHznI/Txn2XN9YgGI/AAAAAAAAA3g/lApkXmODZlI/s400/IMAG0056.jpg" /></a> <a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-QGp5yXEaVmo/Txn2W2G_z6I/AAAAAAAAA3Q/jhd_gmlkV_A/s1600/IMAG0048.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 226px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699857675756490658" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-QGp5yXEaVmo/Txn2W2G_z6I/AAAAAAAAA3Q/jhd_gmlkV_A/s400/IMAG0048.jpg" /></a> <br /><div><br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jZjKtLAVHdQ/Txn2WjCrNtI/AAAAAAAAA3I/re8lUVtRzeY/s1600/IMAG0042.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 285px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699857670638089938" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jZjKtLAVHdQ/Txn2WjCrNtI/AAAAAAAAA3I/re8lUVtRzeY/s400/IMAG0042.jpg" /></a> <br /><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-df2NixX57EY/Txn2WNGa18I/AAAAAAAAA28/MSX6eoEmea8/s1600/IMAG0019.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 226px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699857664748214210" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-df2NixX57EY/Txn2WNGa18I/AAAAAAAAA28/MSX6eoEmea8/s400/IMAG0019.jpg" /></a> <br /><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-l9Jbn0jgigM/Txn2V5iBGwI/AAAAAAAAA2w/p1vq9oavq04/s1600/DSCF7112.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699857659495258882" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-l9Jbn0jgigM/Txn2V5iBGwI/AAAAAAAAA2w/p1vq9oavq04/s400/DSCF7112.JPG" /></a> <br /><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-fuVbwC5779M/TxnuE4y93jI/AAAAAAAAA2g/eFs1X1XZMbc/s1600/DSCF7097.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699848571147116082" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-fuVbwC5779M/TxnuE4y93jI/AAAAAAAAA2g/eFs1X1XZMbc/s400/DSCF7097.JPG" /></a> <br /><div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699848543510200738" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-n5y8Ln6RIns/TxnuDR10AaI/AAAAAAAAA18/LHvkMO0wSgA/s400/DSCF7068.JPG" /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ytAmULPqgpM/TxnuESDGygI/AAAAAAAAA2U/JOOudgPWw1g/s1600/DSCF7090.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699848560745826818" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ytAmULPqgpM/TxnuESDGygI/AAAAAAAAA2U/JOOudgPWw1g/s400/DSCF7090.JPG" /></a> <br /><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WN2c2XKVS7w/TxnuDy8854I/AAAAAAAAA2I/QS7Sy9yVLN8/s1600/DSCF7077.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699848552398514050" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WN2c2XKVS7w/TxnuDy8854I/AAAAAAAAA2I/QS7Sy9yVLN8/s400/DSCF7077.JPG" /></a> <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yVXTSgdxfZs/TxnuDLNADGI/AAAAAAAAA1w/fNYx4Z8Ozvc/s1600/DSCF7066.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5699848541728410722" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yVXTSgdxfZs/TxnuDLNADGI/AAAAAAAAA1w/fNYx4Z8Ozvc/s400/DSCF7066.JPG" /></a> </div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-21898489936696325252011-11-08T09:26:00.000-08:002011-11-08T11:56:21.983-08:00CraftsOk, so I keep being told to make sure I take pictures of the things I have made, SO i'll make one big post of it so I dont have to worry about it in the future! I really dont have much time to do these fun things any more, so there shouldn't be much more to add later =)<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XfBtTPl2uoI/TrlxQUuQUpI/AAAAAAAAA1g/kPZl94sUJek/s1600/DSCI2269.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5672689730904412818" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XfBtTPl2uoI/TrlxQUuQUpI/AAAAAAAAA1g/kPZl94sUJek/s400/DSCI2269.JPG" /></a>Here I made the headboard (with two mirrors and bamboo), the 3 canvas's and lamps<br /><br /><br /><br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-w3s4y2y4fkk/TrlxPsMLJ8I/AAAAAAAAA1Y/i5TPkFp6kpk/s1600/DSCI2266.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 267px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5672689720024049602" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-w3s4y2y4fkk/TrlxPsMLJ8I/AAAAAAAAA1Y/i5TPkFp6kpk/s400/DSCI2266.JPG" /></a> Here my friend and I attempted our first sewing project, back in edmond. I bought the chair for 12 bucks at a garage sale. We sewed slip covers for the chair and staple gunned the foot rest.<br />The curtain in the back was a shower curtain I cut in half and sew up and stuck on the window. I dont like the purple in our room anymore, I was going for more of a plum color, now Im tired of it.<br /><br /><br /><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-g-r-rLnyxqM/TrlxPYbNVHI/AAAAAAAAA1I/iAMhO2SCfwo/s1600/DSCI2260.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5672689714718397554" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-g-r-rLnyxqM/TrlxPYbNVHI/AAAAAAAAA1I/iAMhO2SCfwo/s400/DSCI2260.JPG" /></a> This was my specialty for awhile. (note:dont spray the stuff inside. Acually just dont spray yours fridge at all) But my favorite spray painted object was our chandelier. It was gold and old, with the open bulbs showing like candles. So i painted it an oil bronze and put some caramel stone like glass fixtures on the top to hide the bulbs. "Bed, Head, Said" he wouldn't put the D at the end. And then added one when he was saying other words, for instance the letter C: "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error">ssssdee</span>"<br />Also getting the "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">th</span>" "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">cr</span>" and L sounds are difficult for him but can say them after a few times of repeating correctly. Improvement is exciting!<br /><br />Josiah was crying while I was trying to get the boys out of the tub, dried off and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">pjs</span> on. I finished with Noah and as I turned to help Enoch he held out his hand to stop me, and said in such a big boy voice "I get it, <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">you</span> go take care of Josiah"<br />The boys were wanting to hold the baby, and I was giving Noah a quick turn of a few seconds, before I let Enoch hold him on the pillow, but in those few seconds Enoch says "Oh boy, im tired of Noah holding him all the time."<br /><br />Noah is so cute when he talks, he adds H to <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-error">a lot</span> of his words. Like "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error">Henoch</span>" "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error">Hundies</span>" "Halright" and "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error">Hoatmeal</span>." Or when you call him he answers "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">I'm</span> right there!" But I believe I started the habit of the double/triple wording by him. When we would see something far away, I would say "look way way way over there!" and now he says "wa wa wa hands" "bo bo teeth" and "thats otay-tay." lol whoops<br /><br />Josiah is just over 3 months. He is rolling side to side, which spins his position laying on the floor. He rolled over when he was on his stomach, and sat up for 5 seconds! <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error">haha</span><br /><br />The boys have been looking forward to watching Batman the animated series with Caleb every evening. "Batman MEAN!" "Batman NICE!" you'll hear Noah yelling at the TV. Its a little difficult finding time between a newborn, a <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">mischievous</span> 2 year old brother, and mommy cooking and cleaning. But we are working with him on his letters: sounds, writing them, and recognition. We only have Q and V to go! He's doing so well! We have to work a little extra on his speech too. He gets jabbering a little too fast and everything blends together. So we are in the process of slowing him down and working on each word.<br /><br /><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-YhvvnAkSoFM/TrGz4wGfBCI/AAAAAAAAAvM/sz9d_93PWd8/s1600/DSCI2155.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5670511193402311714" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-YhvvnAkSoFM/TrGz4wGfBCI/AAAAAAAAAvM/sz9d_93PWd8/s400/DSCI2155.JPG" /></a> Little Noah has surprised us with what he picks up listening to us teach Enoch. He'll point to our shirt and say "W mommy!" or in while reading a book "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error">dats</span> Y" Noah <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_11" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">definitely</span> makes us smile with his funny faces and remarks. He's very <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_17" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">independent</span>, wanting to do everything himself.<br /><br /><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZNaq27g3rgg/TrGxPkJRwsI/AAAAAAAAAu8/hYwCycOEAEo/s1600/DSCI2136.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5670508286794908354" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZNaq27g3rgg/TrGxPkJRwsI/AAAAAAAAAu8/hYwCycOEAEo/s400/DSCI2136.JPG" /></a> (Yes, the beard is gone now =)<br /><br /><div>Enoch has been pretending to be a new animal everyday. From a lion or tiger, kitten or dog to pretending to be baby Josiah. He does not break his character for anything. He even crawled like a gorilla on his fists into the doctor the other day. I love my two little <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_21" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">independent</span> boys. Its nice to have time to get things done without having to turn the TV on for them. Enoch is in love with his "Big boy bike" and is such a good brother by offering to push Noah around on it since his little legs still wont reach. Then Noah returns the favor (pictured) They are best of friends, from playing in the dirt together, doing chalk, racing cars, playing with their digger, or tackling the dogs. <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_22" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">I'm</span> so glad we had them so close.<br /></div><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Yw42D2IoNds/TrKgcoDhuJI/AAAAAAAAAw0/9YhMLzKUoAE/s1600/281964_2289599643622_1357917256_2710948_1701982_n.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5670771294461868178" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Yw42D2IoNds/TrKgcoDhuJI/AAAAAAAAAw0/9YhMLzKUoAE/s400/281964_2289599643622_1357917256_2710948_1701982_n.jpg" /></a><br /><br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pyN9_u3q02s/TrKlfVEs0qI/AAAAAAAAAxc/25tWGGI1vq4/s1600/DSCI2168.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5670776838464262818" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pyN9_u3q02s/TrKlfVEs0qI/AAAAAAAAAxc/25tWGGI1vq4/s400/DSCI2168.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-kL8ZrDrHupo/TrGz5FF7VlI/AAAAAAAAAvY/ZLpXMVqezyE/s1600/DSCI2172.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5670511199037118034" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-kL8ZrDrHupo/TrGz5FF7VlI/AAAAAAAAAvY/ZLpXMVqezyE/s400/DSCI2172.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div>We are awfully excited about our big trip to Oklahoma coming up here mid November. And its been nice having the windows open these cool days, so I can hear where they are and what they are doing even though im inside getting things done. I sat at the table and read this morning while watching them run around the backyard playing hunters with their guns, milly chasing them while they were chasing the chickens. It was slightly raining, but I really dont think they noticed. They've found mice, frogs, more baby birds, and will climb anything they can find. Today they climbed our white fence in the front, and had fun scooting their feet horizontally as far as they could go down the fence line. They climbed max's gate to the cows (up and down, up and down) they attempted the chicken cage, and then the big cucumber arch at grandma's garden. I was underneath it picking peas when I hear "mooooommy" and I had to look UP to see them both directly above me ontop of the arch just looking down and laughing. Soon they'll be on the roof, just like their daddy was at the age of 3.<br /><br />Yesterday I yelled out the door "NOAH-U OK?" and I hear below me "tay!" so I followed the little voice to find him hiding under the stairs of the back deck, sitting there petting Finney, who was under there too. I poked my head between the steps and he looks at me with a big smile and whispered "hiiii." He loves to hide. Uh oh! Then I yell "EEEENOCH-U OK?" and his head pokes out of millys dog house "WUP, im otay." How is it that I went from having a newborn and I one year old, to now almost a 2 and 3 year old! Make them stop growing! I love this age though. I just went to check on them tonight, and Enoch is sleeping on the edge of the bed on his side, and Noah is right up against his back, all cuddled in. You could fit another person on the other side, there is so much room. I love that they love each other! Oh and the other day, Enoch felt my belly while the baby was actually kicking (sometimes I pretend and bump it out to see what he'll say) but he felt the moves and kicks and smiled real big, and with a little chuckle said "I love babies everywhere."<br /><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wxWB0cSMG6k/TfMAeM0PopI/AAAAAAAAAr0/GO13kYMGdCs/s1600/DSCI1404.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5616833679097569938" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wxWB0cSMG6k/TfMAeM0PopI/AAAAAAAAAr0/GO13kYMGdCs/s400/DSCI1404.JPG" /></a> My view from the door, yes that is Noah on the tire swing way out in the yard, with Milly watching over him.<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gqBI_G0Z8tg/TfMAd_JEFaI/AAAAAAAAArs/6A8zsFQHec0/s1600/DSCI1412.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5616833675426796962" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gqBI_G0Z8tg/TfMAd_JEFaI/AAAAAAAAArs/6A8zsFQHec0/s400/DSCI1412.JPG" /></a> Watching Looney Tunes in their seats. The first half of the week Calebs parents came. We went to the Brazilian Steakhouse in Saint Joseph. We checked out the Nature Center there too, the boys LOVED it! They had so many animals (stuffed of course) and hands-on activities. Then we walked down the sidewalk along the river, chilly yes, but pretty. Can't wait to go back when everything is green! Went to a Steakhouse that had a horse Enoch could ride....He now knows the phrase "money please." They had an indoor water park next door we checked out, maybe to try for a later birthday? And of course we had to play our game of Bocce. This was definitely extreme Bocce, having to dodge chickens, boys and dogs.<br /><br /><br /><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vItI2O3J-fg/TgFilkXXTGI/AAAAAAAAAuE/NsWylxKdQcg/s1600/snacks.bmp"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620882207491443810" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-vItI2O3J-fg/TgFilkXXTGI/AAAAAAAAAuE/NsWylxKdQcg/s400/snacks.bmp" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bQpDm99OQf0/TgFilYh62lI/AAAAAAAAAt8/AWVwgdQc6hs/s1600/enoch%2Band%2Bpapa%2Bd%2Bfaces.bmp"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620882204314491474" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bQpDm99OQf0/TgFilYh62lI/AAAAAAAAAt8/AWVwgdQc6hs/s400/enoch%2Band%2Bpapa%2Bd%2Bfaces.bmp" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Gh4_QsFUE6g/TgFilIMuR-I/AAAAAAAAAt0/HUohaz2_gRc/s1600/saddle%2Bup.bmp"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620882199930619874" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Gh4_QsFUE6g/TgFilIMuR-I/AAAAAAAAAt0/HUohaz2_gRc/s400/saddle%2Bup.bmp" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fPomktd9vz0/TgFik9YCBII/AAAAAAAAAts/HMj1De2g-z4/s1600/papa%2Bd%2Btowels.bmp"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620882197025260674" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-fPomktd9vz0/TgFik9YCBII/AAAAAAAAAts/HMj1De2g-z4/s400/papa%2Bd%2Btowels.bmp" /></a> <br /><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-02jX6UCCeWg/TgFikgdFdHI/AAAAAAAAAtk/hAZsIpDCvoE/s1600/buffalo.bmp"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620882189261829234" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-02jX6UCCeWg/TgFikgdFdHI/AAAAAAAAAtk/hAZsIpDCvoE/s400/buffalo.bmp" /></a><br /><br /><div><br /><div>The last part of the week my mom came up to spend a few days and help with the boys! The boys had so much fun with their Mimi. We played outside alot, went to a birthday party, went to my Aunt and Uncles to see sheep and play with Tony and Amos, Got a PUPPY named Milly who was 5 weeks old and 3/4 Great Pyraneese. When Enoch first saw her he said "Thank you DaddY!!!" He just fell in love, he wanted to take care of her, carry her, play and feed her. I stayed up the first night to take her out when she had to go. But she kept finding Enoch (who insisted on sleeping on the floor by her) and jumping on him and wanting to play. So after about 3 hours of sleep we woke up to 6 pee puddles in our house, she stayed in the garage until she was big enough to sleep outside and not be eaten. Finney didn't care for her at first, but now they are best buds. </div><br /><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rau0DJ0n78E/TgFgTx6yKoI/AAAAAAAAAtc/c0faGr6p_AU/s1600/DSCF0078.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620879702868765314" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-rau0DJ0n78E/TgFgTx6yKoI/AAAAAAAAAtc/c0faGr6p_AU/s400/DSCF0078.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-66JUmSamtbI/TgFgTt1mkZI/AAAAAAAAAtU/Ygh5sXi72i8/s1600/DSCF0071.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620879701773291922" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-66JUmSamtbI/TgFgTt1mkZI/AAAAAAAAAtU/Ygh5sXi72i8/s400/DSCF0071.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Wa7HXvQnxXA/TgFgTSlGZlI/AAAAAAAAAtM/oAh75u3dnQk/s1600/DSCF0033.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620879694456317522" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Wa7HXvQnxXA/TgFgTSlGZlI/AAAAAAAAAtM/oAh75u3dnQk/s400/DSCF0033.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wR-Z04Ppnn4/TgFgSxBa7cI/AAAAAAAAAtE/lwLxzLHuLkM/s1600/DSCF0023.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620879685448297922" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-wR-Z04Ppnn4/TgFgSxBa7cI/AAAAAAAAAtE/lwLxzLHuLkM/s400/DSCF0023.JPG" /></a><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-g78rhCQ5FVE/TgFgSbOPKxI/AAAAAAAAAs8/1_6GmK9QzJY/s1600/DSCF0004.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 285px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620879679596473106" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-g78rhCQ5FVE/TgFgSbOPKxI/AAAAAAAAAs8/1_6GmK9QzJY/s400/DSCF0004.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><br /><div><strong><em>Things to remember of all of our family four wheeler rides-</em></strong>exploring, new way to mound city on dirt road, dirt chunks flying everywhere, finding the owl graveyard, tree fort, boys throwing rocks in ponds, finding dead cow in pond.</div><br /><br /><div>My Grandma and Grandpa Schroeder came down to spend a few days with us (March 28th). So I really only helped with about 30. We then spent a morning chopping up and sorting 10 bags of potatoes for replanting. The boys did great helping with this!</div><br /><p>*We played at the Quicks-the men watched the game, Ella and Enoch did princess dances (?) yes, he was being a good friend lol, and then of course played their favorite game of chase. Noah ate a blue stamp under their table and made a mess, what's new! (April-4)</p><br /><p>*Playdate at Addis house: Played on John Deere tractor riding toy for hours, Jed (Dad) watched kiddos while Sarah lent me some maternity clothes. Came outside to hear the kids yelling ABC song and twinkle little star while swinging. Enoch didn't know his name so he kept calling him Dad, after hearing Addi say that over and over.<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620384296513412226" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UK3QATLPmT4/Tf-dvVbdnII/AAAAAAAAAsM/qJqxVtXpQ2c/s400/DSCI0764.JPG" />(april 6) Noah is talking so much now! "Big tactor" his "nothankyous" have a couple more syllables but so cute. He still yells everything. He's our mucher, wanting everything on our plate "BIIIIITE", smeared poo-poo mess all over crib sheets and books, pillows and toys. After clean sheets-threw up next nap. Any noise he here's outside he gets still and whispers "airpane" Loves eggs, gets them from hen house, only cracked a few. Sometimes in morning he'll grab shoes first thing and bring them to me "bye bye!" Getting more independant, playing outside with out mommy's help, climbling up stairs and riding tricycle, milly jumps all over him because he's so little. He's still my little "chunker" though since he's small, I hope our next baby is really big so I can call him tiny. "Eintine" to watch the Little Einsteins show "mi mow mouse" for Mickey Mouse. He can say on, off, eeeeat, up, down, i sowy (alot), pop-ar (pop-tart), owwie, det do (let go), bom bine (combine), and pretty much everything he hears he trys to repeat. Except for his name, we haven't heard to attempt that yet. </p><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620384287355215266" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OEYe3pym2NQ/Tf-duzT-naI/AAAAAAAAAsE/1Ru9ZcNRtQQ/s400/DSCI0660.JPG" />Enoch and mommy also count to 10 before our house- "weeee're hooooome!" Loves his alligator in bath, and tractors in playroom. He's our little helper, Taking care of Noah (washing his hair in bath, getting diapers or sippies for him, making sure he's okay when he's crying) so sweet to see them hug alot. Noah yells "EEEEyA" when he gets up, ready to play. And Enoch is always asking to go wake up Noah if he's sleeping to long. We do have brotherly fights, but they get along so well other than that. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620384285252442418" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-83kXiZZm1do/Tf-dureo2TI/AAAAAAAAAr8/gFThsenhqsM/s400/DSCI0644.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5620384303598504050" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-_JXqEytfEgw/Tf-dvv0riHI/AAAAAAAAAsU/qd0j-uGctwk/s400/DSCI0336.JPG" /></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-16813399610108889462011-03-02T11:12:00.000-08:002011-03-02T13:54:56.582-08:00Thank you Gma!Thank you Grandma for the needle point animal magnets! The boys alway love opening them up, playing with them, and then finding a special spot for them on the fridge! Enoch even took the Robin with him for nap time and laid it on the pillow next to him. We sure appreciate all the time you take in making those, but its definitely time well spent and enjoyed. We love you both!<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ca83VOka6No/TW6XiKPJSnI/AAAAAAAAAqo/swi6l28Wgo0/s1600/DSCI0361.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5579563601477847666" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Ca83VOka6No/TW6XiKPJSnI/AAAAAAAAAqo/swi6l28Wgo0/s400/DSCI0361.JPG" /></a><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-82RtazLpE8I/TW6XhlKx3LI/AAAAAAAAAqg/B9nWNtv9sLE/s1600/DSCI0363.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5579563591527423154" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-82RtazLpE8I/TW6XhlKx3LI/AAAAAAAAAqg/B9nWNtv9sLE/s400/DSCI0363.JPG" /></a>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-91145480549691057262011-02-28T12:27:00.001-08:002011-03-01T07:03:17.684-08:00False SpringSome time after my last post (probably around Feb 7th or 8th) Caleb made a HUGE snow fort for the boys, Enoch called it his Lions Den. And Noah never got to play in it, I think it got in the 50's the next day and we lost it. Also, our friend across the street had one of his sheep give birth to a baby lamp and said we could bring it over for the boys to pet. So here are some pictures!<br /><br /><div><div><div><div><div><div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div>Well just as we thought Spring was in the air, we are graced with the presence of more snow. The poor geese were just as confused as we were. After watching thousands of them for days, flying north right over us, the snow storm just sent half of them back south.<br /><br /><div>We had Brittany (sissy) and Curtis come visit us a few weekends ago, which we enjoyed so much! They brought the boys some electric construction toys and a Tickle Monster book which they thoroughly enjoyed, especially having new things to play with until we can go OUTSIDE =)</div><br /><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-A5WfldDW4lg/TWyE0ATNM6I/AAAAAAAAAn4/FVtAULQwHZ0/s1600/183218_1912821859065_1197466025_2381915_7526395_n.jpg"></a><br /><div>Im so excited to announce that I finally saw my first musical! Liz has season tickets for the music hall in Kansas City, which meant, I got to see Grease with her! It was so much fun and I can't wait to add more theatrical shows to my list of do's. </div><br /><br /><div>I have finally been to the doctor, only for paper work and exams. I wanted to make an update on the boys, for they are growing up so fast and doing the cutest things that I <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">don't</span> want to forget.<br /><br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569940150792562802" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxnDmwtKHI/AAAAAAAAAl4/uIYNL7XwFi4/s320/DSC05222.JPG" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569943934343180834" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxqf1ld8iI/AAAAAAAAAmQ/cHb3fSc8XBs/s400/DSCI0077.JPG" />-Enoch will hear Noah talking or singing himself to sleep in his crib. And to himself he'll say (while shaking his head) "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error">awwww</span> poor <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">noah</span>. <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">sowy</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-error">noah</span>"<br />-Noah has been wanting to go "tee tee" in the potty now, just like big brother. So anytime anyone is using the restroom, he'll bust in and and yell "TEE TEE!" and then squat down and grunt. So now i put him on the seat and he goes with a big smile and yells "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error">YAAY</span>!" when he's done. And then Enoch says with such an excited voice GASP! "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error">I'm</span> so HAPPY you <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error">teetee</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error">noah</span>! <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error">Gooo</span> boy!" while patting his back<br />-Enoch has been playing lion <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_11" class="blsp-spelling-error">a lot</span> lately. For our lion hunter game, he will tip toe around the <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxrPNiFUHI/AAAAAAAAAmg/pqPUhIs7VA8/s1600/DSC05211.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 400px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569944748225286258" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxrPNiFUHI/AAAAAAAAAmg/pqPUhIs7VA8/s400/DSC05211.JPG" /></a>rooms with his gun (while I sit on the couch and play...that's the rules) and I'll say "ENOCH! I hear a ____ under the table!" and say an animal and he'll go shoot it. Sometimes he gets scared when I roar like <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_12" class="blsp-spelling-error">theres</span> an actual Lion in the kitchen. So he'll run over to me on the couch, hand me the gun and say "no mommy do" When he gets brave again, he'll take off and say "shh, I hear pumping"<br />-When not hunting them, he plays <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_13" class="blsp-spelling-error">Simba</span> from Lion King. And man does he stay in character for a long time. Growling, showing his teeth, purring, running on all fours. And Noah will yell "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_14" class="blsp-spelling-error">YION</span>!!"<br />-Enoch famous line lately "what do mommy?" every five seconds, to get updated. So <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_15" class="blsp-spelling-error">here's</span> an example. "what do mommy?" "fixing dinner <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_16" class="blsp-spelling-error">enoch</span>...." GASP: "fixing DINNER!!!?"<br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxq8ZZM0WI/AAAAAAAAAmY/kw3QCUVgvTY/s1600/DSC05184.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 285px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569944424991740258" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxq8ZZM0WI/AAAAAAAAAmY/kw3QCUVgvTY/s400/DSC05184.JPG" /></a>"what do mommy" "eating dinner <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_17" class="blsp-spelling-error">enoch</span>...." Gasp:"eating DINNER mommy?!!!!" and so on =)<br />-Songs the boys love to sing: First it was Old McDonald had a farm, then Noah would yell "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_18" class="blsp-spelling-error">EIEIO</span>." The Twinkle little star and ABC song is their new favorite, being sung ALL day long. Noah sings along to the best he can, so sweet.<br />-Enoch asks <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_19" class="blsp-spelling-error">alot</span> "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_20" class="blsp-spelling-error">bellwe</span> hurt mommy?" and rubs it for me "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_21" class="blsp-spelling-error">pppoooor</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_22" class="blsp-spelling-error">bellwe</span>" (belly)<br />-Noah can make the sounds to about 20 animals as well as saying new words everyday. Today he said "let go" to Enoch for the first time. Others are, "bobble" bottle "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_23" class="blsp-spelling-error">Neah</span>" Enoch "Day Do" Play do "pee o" pillow...and so forth.<br />-Noah yells "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_24" class="blsp-spelling-error">TACTOR</span>!" as he is carrying his tractor book over to you....and through every page he'll look up at you and yell it again, to make sure you see it-so cute!<br />-Enoch says "hold me mommy" <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_25" class="blsp-spelling-error">alot</span>. Getting into a clingy and "Look mommy!" stage<br />-Today I was sweeping and mopping the floor, so I told the boys to stay out of the kitchen. When I finished I said "okay its all clean!" and Enoch gasped and said "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_26" class="blsp-spelling-error">awww</span> tank you mommy! Tank you <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_27" class="blsp-spelling-error">toooe</span> much! <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_28" class="blsp-spelling-error">aaaall</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_29" class="blsp-spelling-error">tean</span>" (thank you so much, all clean)<br />-Noah yells "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_30" class="blsp-spelling-error">Moooommy</span>. <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_31" class="blsp-spelling-error">MOOOOOMMY</span>!" <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_32" class="blsp-spelling-error">everytime</span> he wakes up. And Caleb just stated the other day, I wish he would say Daddy, since I go get him just as much. (winter time Caleb doesn't work=farmer) Yesterday morning he yelled mommy, and Daddy walked in to see Noah look around him and yell mommy even louder to see if I was coming. This morning....Caleb woke up to <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_33" class="blsp-spelling-error">noah</span> yelling....."<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_34" class="blsp-spelling-error">mooommmy</span>. <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_35" class="blsp-spelling-error">moooommy</span>......DADDY!!!" He jumped out of bed to go get him.<br />-Notice <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_36" class="blsp-spelling-error">noah</span> yells <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_37" class="blsp-spelling-error">alot</span>? <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_38" class="blsp-spelling-error">haha</span> enough said.<br /><br />Its been snowing like crazy up here in Missouri....as well as the rest of Central America! We have had snow on the ground for a few weeks now and new storms come in to add on. We have <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxv4VeYJ2I/AAAAAAAAAmw/h0miMzv2PRE/s1600/DSC05190.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569949852778375010" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxv4VeYJ2I/AAAAAAAAAmw/h0miMzv2PRE/s320/DSC05190.JPG" /></a>enjoyed taking the four wheeler out in it, we went sledding behind it with Mama Luci and Papa D, and Enoch went sledding down the big terraces in the pasture by himself! (pictures to come soon) He had such a big smile on his face when Daddy would go down to get him. We have had to pull <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_39" class="blsp-spelling-error">Calebs</span> truck out with the tractor, the four wheeler and yes...the mini van came to the rescue. Time for new tires! We are down to 8 chickens...from 15, the cold sure is hard on them! =( We have cats under the house trying to survive and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_40" class="blsp-spelling-error">Finney</span> is just fine, loving roaming through the snow.<br /><br />Enoch and I have been doing <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_41" class="blsp-spelling-error">a lot</span> of crafts lately, since we can't get outdoors. Painting, coloring, cutting paper, stickers, colorful pipe cleaners, and stencils. But the rule is, we can only do it when Noah is napping or already down for bed (when he's awake it causes messes and screaming) So a lot of times through out the day I hear "mommy? Noah ready for night night now?" meaning he's ready to paint.<br /><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxmhgR2OlI/AAAAAAAAAlw/N5fE26Ce4B8/s1600/DSCI0030.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 228px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569939564936968786" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxmhgR2OlI/AAAAAAAAAlw/N5fE26Ce4B8/s320/DSCI0030.JPG" /></a>They like to run on the treadmill, which gets out <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_42" class="blsp-spelling-error">a lot</span> of energy. Wrestling with Daddy, <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_43" class="blsp-spelling-error">sledding</span> down their indoor slide, reading books and playing Play Do is some other fun things they do. And yes...running around with baskets and blankets on their head. We have been <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_44" class="blsp-spelling-error">ice-skating</span> with the boys, and to <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_45" class="blsp-spelling-error">chik</span>-<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_46" class="blsp-spelling-error">fila</span> to play, and over to friends house.<br /><br />I am now 4 months pregnant....around about....assuming we'll be due in the end of July! We are so excited for the new baby, and so are the boys. Caleb sure wants a little girl to snuggle with her Daddy! I haven't been to the doctor yet, still waiting for insurance to go through. We were all sick the whole time we were visiting in Oklahoma, <a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxobqXOArI/AAAAAAAAAmA/wW2N5fJgq94/s1600/DSCI0041.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 200px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569941663587893938" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxobqXOArI/AAAAAAAAAmA/wW2N5fJgq94/s200/DSCI0041.JPG" /></a>with Stomach virus's and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_47" class="blsp-spelling-error">head colds</span>. And we got back, I had morning sickness so bad I couldn't get off the couch. So 2 1/2 months of being sick is no fun! But I got out of my first trimester and feeling just fine now! I got our guest bathroom painted and decorated, and closets organized and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_48" class="blsp-spelling-error">de-cluttered</span>.<br /><br />Caleb is sure enjoying his time off and all snow to come <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_49" class="blsp-spelling-error">along</span> with it! He's been chopping wood for our fire place, feeding the animals, helping out Max across the street, playing piano, reading, taking the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_50" class="blsp-spelling-error">four-wheeler</span> out, fixing our frozen pipes, shooting his new boe and arrow "boe-herro" says Enoch, and helping out SO much around the house and with the boys. What am I going to do when he goes back to farming this Spring? We LOVE having him around!<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569950304834954082" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxwSphEI2I/AAAAAAAAAm4/4f7Jv6WYcec/s320/boys.jpg" /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 287px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569955107088346738" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUx0qLTfrnI/AAAAAAAAAnI/Nrx-6wDFmK4/s400/DSCF6069.JPG" />Oh and I almost forgot! We had Thanksgiving here in Missouri, hosted right by us at my Grandma and Grandpas for the big dinner. And then at my Aunt and Uncles down the street for dessert and presents (we celebrate christmas with the Bender side of the family then) We had a great time and it was so nice to see everyone! We had a fun scavenger hunt around the farm, some things were hidden way out by the ponds so we had to take the fourwheelers. We also had a fun time hosting Christmas here with the Loafman Family! We had so much fun having everyone here, girls working on puzzles, watching the little cousins play, putting out fires...yes <strong>fires</strong> lol, playing games, boys exploring outside, snowstorms, food and presents! It was so lonely and quiet when everyone left =( The boys didn't know how to play by themselves or with toys for a long time, being used to having people love on them, entertain and play with them. I had to re-introduce their playroom over and over haha.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 286px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5569952272176790226" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TUxyFKb6OtI/AAAAAAAAAnA/JzAHQWxv-SQ/s400/cmas.jpg" /></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-68657882802631590702010-10-25T11:23:00.000-07:002010-10-27T13:11:29.448-07:00Loafman adventure<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>It sure has been awhile since I have posted! I keep thinking I need to back track and write about things since we have moved, but that might take awhile. So I will post about that when I can, and just start about recent events!</div><br /><div>We just had a wonderful trip with Mama Luci and Papa D! They were able to visit for 4 days during their Fall Break time. We packed in as much as we could, and had such a good time creating more memories! The first day we took a long walk around the pasture and into the tree line behind our house. It was the perimeter of 80 acres! It was so beautiful, admiring huge tree trucks, watching C<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error">aleb</span> climb them, <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">Finney</span> chased a turkey out of the brush that flew over us (good hunting dog), saw never ending <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">fields</span> of harvested corn, the crisp ponds, Enoch climbing trees, frogs, finding old hidden farm equipment, and almost being on "I can't believe <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">I'm</span> still alive" show by dodging the bull that we kept thinking was following us. (I think Mama Luci and I over reacted a little <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error">haha</span>) It was so pleasant to be outside and Enoch was so excited to show them our chickens. We bundled up, built a huge fire, and brought all the junk food we could find. We were surround by trees, but had a perfect gap in them letting us see the stars and the moon. It was so bright we could see our shadows on the ground. It was also so peaceful and gorgeous. The boys loved it and so did we! We have a <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">cemetery</span> right down the road from us that was fun to see. The majority of the graves dated back to the 1800's, with the most recent one being in 1940's. It was sad to see all of the children that were lost back then, but so interesting to be in such an old place that not many people new about. We drove around for hours on all of the back roads, seeing animals, old houses and school buildings, the fall country side and of course with <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">laughs</span> and jokes. So fun! That night we had <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error">GG</span> and Papa over for a big deer roast, so they could see the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error">Loafmans</span> as well.</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><br /><div><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TMh7raSTh7I/AAAAAAAAAjw/rM9rrvDTypQ/s1600/school.jpg"><img style="WIDTH: 300px; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5532808127945344946" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TMh7raSTh7I/AAAAAAAAAjw/rM9rrvDTypQ/s400/school.jpg" /></a><br /><div><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TMh9DZiBmbI/AAAAAAAAAj4/UEVtBi10L1c/s1600/fall.jpg"><img style="WIDTH: 314px; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5532809639571331506" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TMh9DZiBmbI/AAAAAAAAAj4/UEVtBi10L1c/s320/fall.jpg" /></a><br /><div><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TMh5-Z9ctpI/AAAAAAAAAjg/4uy-sv-5Nys/s1600/DSC05064.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 320px; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5532806255252125330" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/TMh5-Z9ctpI/AAAAAAAAAjg/4uy-sv-5Nys/s320/DSC05064.JPG" /></a><br />Saturday we went to a cute little pumpkin patch and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">children's</span> barnyard about 30 minutes away. It was so well put together, with a petting zoo, a train ride, a corn maze, hay slide, <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_11" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">tunnels</span>, a tractor and firetruck to climb on, a corn shell sandbox, water pump races, and a little kid size digger. We were there for <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_12" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">awhile</span> and had to pry Enoch away in tears. The funniest part of it was looking back to find Enoch right in the middle of all the activities and people with his pants to his ankles, aiming, and saying "Tee tee!" Yes we got a pic. After that, we drove just a few miles North to Iowa and enjoyed seeing some massive white windmills that lined the road for miles. Also, we drove through a town called <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_13" class="blsp-spelling-error">Tarkio</span> on our way back and enjoyed the well kept, historic town with big <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_14" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Victorian</span> houses. We woke up Sunday to pack for a hike up the Squaw Creek Mountain side overlooking the refuge. Noah was strapped to my back on a carrier and Enoch walked and rode on Papa D's <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_18" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">shoulders</span>. Once again, it was just perfect weather and scenery. All of the orange, yellow and red leaves lined the path the lead us higher and higher to our view. We saw some Eagles, a deer, some really interesting twisted trees, a birds nest and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_19" class="blsp-spelling-error">a lot</span> more of God's creations. After getting peed on by Noah, playing in the leaves with Enoch and losing my glasses (we did find them, thank you <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_20" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">hubby</span>) we worked up an <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_21" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">appetite</span> for Red Lobster! Right after mentioning that the sky looked funny and the air felt heavy, the tornado sirens went off. Caleb was working out, so it was just Mama Luci, me and the little boys. We watched the end of the storm come our way from the front door, with the orange sky underneath the cloudline. Then it decided to start lowering and twisting all around, and of course it was coming right down our street toward our house. So I grabbed the boys and ran to the laundry room. But hearing the garage door shake and rattle right on the other side of the door, I was afraid it was going to rip off, so we headed for the master closet. I heard Mama Luci yell from the other side of the house, "There's goes some swimming pools!" as she watched them fly by the door. She went to go close the doors, and saw the big tree on the side of the house fall. We could hear the howling of the wind from the closet, I was just hoping I didn't hear a train sound, like they say when the tornado is about to hit. We saw a crowd of neighbors in our yard after it passed, so we were able to talk with them and hear their stories. Roofs, shingles, chimney's, tree's, basketball goals, fences and powerlines were all damanged. Hail got the best of our cars. Baseball size balls broke through my passenger side window leaving glass all in the seat. Both of the windshields in our cars got hit a couple times which shattered, but didn't break them. So aggravating! Our neighbor told us he looked out and saw a big cloud of gray in our backyard when it was all happening. So crazy! We were just fortunate we just had funnel damage and not from it touching the ground, or it would of been alot worse. <br /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470573454855792322" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S-thkqZcZsI/AAAAAAAAAho/UFEl3OLJs5g/s400/dlkfg.jpg" />Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-88907270566955147232010-04-30T12:32:00.000-07:002010-05-03T13:26:28.404-07:00crawl,sick,digger<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S98ve23dVdI/AAAAAAAAAhQ/afhSM2fMxzk/s1600/DSC04654.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 200px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5467140679821776338" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S98ve23dVdI/AAAAAAAAAhQ/afhSM2fMxzk/s200/DSC04654.JPG" /></a>Noah is getting SO close to crawling! Its just going around and around. Micah, Enoch, Noah and I had a stomach virus of some kind a few weeks ago. Then Papa D, Mama Luci, Noah and then Enoch had sinus congestion/cold/coughing. The boys had trouble coughing, because they would always gag and then throw up. I went through 3 outfits, Noah went through 6, had to change my sheets, clean the carpet, a rug, and some toys. BUT everyone is slowely getting better. We went to Matthew and <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N8ekwwgzI/AAAAAAAAAfY/sdyVeYLOYt0/s1600/SANY0548.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 228px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459344038009275186" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N8ekwwgzI/AAAAAAAAAfY/sdyVeYLOYt0/s320/SANY0548.JPG" /></a>Randi's house Thursday night and got to play with the boys cousins, Lexi (Enochs age) and <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N9KfOxjtI/AAAAAAAAAfo/7hh3O733wDE/s1600/SANY0544.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 230px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459344792438804178" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N9KfOxjtI/AAAAAAAAAfo/7hh3O733wDE/s320/SANY0544.JPG" /></a>baby Luci on Friday. Drove to Georgetown, TX and met Mama Luci and Papa D to watch the finals for a soccer game. The men knew the coach of one of the teams, from their hometown. Then we headed up to the Kilpatricks in Austin, TX. What a scenic city! It was great drive, so many rolling hills, big houses, a lake covered with sail boats. It looked like we<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8Nw-QoZrjI/AAAAAAAAAeo/4BWcVZjAwMs/s1600/lagovista.jpg"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 246px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459331388221795890" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8Nw-QoZrjI/AAAAAAAAAeo/4BWcVZjAwMs/s320/lagovista.jpg" /></a> were in <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N82FAibNI/AAAAAAAAAfg/TVU4Sh4GMHs/s1600/SANY0544.JPG"></a>another country! And they have an absolutely GORGEOUS house on one of the many of the rolling hills, looking out to other beautiful houses and the lake in the distance. Just a breath taking view. We had so much fun! They had a huge house where there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kids could run around and play with the toys (they have 6 grandchildren themselves) and a big back porch and yard where Enoch played with Roo, the <a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8Nxak2KDvI/AAAAAAAAAe4/fHtsOpNLU5M/s1600/austin.jpg"></a>dog, for awhile. Caleb and I went on their 4-wheeler, up one of the big hills to look at the view. So romantic! Then drove it around the woods on the paths. It was little scary when Caleb was driving, I kept yelling "BE CAREFUL! We are both parents!" haha. But still we had a blast! We played basketball and ran after the kids. Jeff and Jodi cooked us some wonderful meals and were so hospitable!<br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N9bqpLrQI/AAAAAAAAAfw/gdYQq8EKkM4/s1600/SANY0541.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 150px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459345087560133890" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N9bqpLrQI/AAAAAAAAAfw/gdYQq8EKkM4/s200/SANY0541.JPG" /></a><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N9rJFfAeI/AAAAAAAAAf4/OT4WO7JMd0c/s1600/SANY0553.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 142px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459345353429942754" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8N9rJFfAeI/AAAAAAAAAf4/OT4WO7JMd0c/s200/SANY0553.JPG" /></a><br /><div><div>After we left, we went dropped the men off at the championship game in Georgetown, and we decided to take the kids to the park, instead of sitting in the bleachers again for the game. Enoch and Lexi had fun running around and playing on the slides, mazes and swings. Afterwards we headed to Catfish Parlor <a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S9sw0CWKZII/AAAAAAAAAgg/859P1fdFYe0/s1600/securedownload.jpg"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5466016243285386370" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S9sw0CWKZII/AAAAAAAAAgg/859P1fdFYe0/s320/securedownload.jpg" /></a>to meet the men once it got dark, but the game started <a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8NyMvfXAAI/AAAAAAAAAfI/b1cOR46RAng/s1600/lake-austin.jpg"></a>late so they still had another half to play. So we tried to entertain the kids a little longer by taking their pictures in the Blue Bonnets (a must have if you are from TX.) Decided to go ahead and eat, when we got a call that they were going into overtime. We had the children for almost 4 hours from the time we dropped them off. We were WORN out, and so were the kids! They did good overall, but Randi, Mama Luci and I passed out on the ride back. </div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8SeuaxThPI/AAAAAAAAAgQ/rwH145Cmox8/s1600/bluebonnets.jpg"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 150px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459663168577176818" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8SeuaxThPI/AAAAAAAAAgQ/rwH145Cmox8/s200/bluebonnets.jpg" /></a><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8Seu_Gs62I/AAAAAAAAAgY/mvxCRg6t-7s/s1600/swing.jpg"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 150px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459663178330598242" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8Seu_Gs62I/AAAAAAAAAgY/mvxCRg6t-7s/s200/swing.jpg" /></a><br /><div>The boys were so good in the car, especially with getting in and out of<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8Nzyn9PL5I/AAAAAAAAAfQ/KafaDaUFMwk/s1600/0408101930-02%5B1%5D.jpg"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 240px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5459334486859657106" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S8Nzyn9PL5I/AAAAAAAAAfQ/KafaDaUFMwk/s320/0408101930-02%5B1%5D.jpg" /></a> the van taking short trips each day. First our house flooded, twice, from the City of <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Edmond's</span> <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">sewage</span> line. So we moved in with <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">Caleb's</span> parents for a year (which has been wonderful!) But we had to leave our dogs in the back yard at the Edmond house. We tried to salvage things in the house by moving them to the garage, but only to be torn up by the dogs when we let them in there for the winter storms. We went to pack up the house and found mold, which tested out to be a form that could, or could not be, toxic. So we might have to leave the things we can't wash with bleach. We get a call during the winter from animal <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">welfare</span> saying there was a complaint that we had <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">abandoned</span> our dogs, so we had to explain the situation to him and that they were being taken care of. Then we get a citation in the mail in March saying we are being taking to court for barking dogs, from a guy that lives a whole block away. No warning or note, just court...? We asked 2 neighbors directly by us, who laughed and said they have never had a problem with our dogs or barking. Also, us living there for 2 years with them, we didn't have an issue either. So when Caleb goes to take care of the problem and take them up to the Farm in Missouri early, he <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-error">see's</span> that someone had opened the gate and let them go....like they tried to fix the problem themselves. Luckily the pound didn't charge us the $90 since the machine wasn't working, and our little dog Trajan has not been found yet. :::sigh::: We got a warrant for my arrest and a bail set already if I <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">don't</span> show up to court, <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error">haha</span>, doesn't the city of Edmond have most important matters to take care of? Every time a hear a dog bark I yell "911 that dog is offending me!"<br /><br />But good news! I think we found a house we are going to buy in Missouri! 4 bedrooms, 2 bath and a office, 2 car garage and on 2 acres of land with farms and pasture all around us. Its so pretty! But we probably wont have enough money to get the new vehicle yet. Hopefully things will start looking up soon! God is good and will always take care of his children. Good thing we know this life isn't about our material <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">possessions</span>.<br /><br />Matthew 6:19-21<br />"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-65312793471839012122010-03-21T12:41:00.000-07:002010-03-21T13:04:48.200-07:00Hair cut, first toothUpdates on our boys....<br /><div><div><div><div><div><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5BhKAIHI/AAAAAAAAAdI/jRGBznCQ0eM/s1600-h/DSC04601.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5451177465965715570" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5BhKAIHI/AAAAAAAAAdI/jRGBznCQ0eM/s320/DSC04601.JPG" /></a><br /><br /></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>E got a <span style="font-size:180%;">HAIR CUT!</span> Before and after pictures</div><div></div><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5Tfo7_cI/AAAAAAAAAdY/yCfz2AhzGno/s1600-h/DSC04635.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 150px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5451177774796242370" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5Tfo7_cI/AAAAAAAAAdY/yCfz2AhzGno/s200/DSC04635.JPG" /></a></div><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5vQLBNUI/AAAAAAAAAdo/fKMpd_zrww4/s1600-h/DSC04638.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 150px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5451178251680560450" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5vQLBNUI/AAAAAAAAAdo/fKMpd_zrww4/s200/DSC04638.JPG" /></a></div><div></div><div></div><div><br /></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z533r2_mI/AAAAAAAAAdw/5fltc_mGkZ0/s1600-h/DSC04641.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 400px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5451178399726239330" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z533r2_mI/AAAAAAAAAdw/5fltc_mGkZ0/s400/DSC04641.JPG" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div><br /><br /></div><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5Tfo7_cI/AAAAAAAAAdY/yCfz2AhzGno/s1600-h/DSC04635.JPG"></a></div><div><br /><br /></div><div></div><div><br /><br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5Tfo7_cI/AAAAAAAAAdY/yCfz2AhzGno/s1600-h/DSC04635.JPG"></a></div><br /><br /><br /></div><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5Tfo7_cI/AAAAAAAAAdY/yCfz2AhzGno/s1600-h/DSC04635.JPG"></a></div><br /><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>And Noah got his FIRST (March 10) and SECOND (March 20)<span style="font-size:180%;"> tooth! </span></div><div></div><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5JgEja8I/AAAAAAAAAdQ/-H7ec7LzrKU/s1600-h/DSC04631.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5451177603113380802" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5JgEja8I/AAAAAAAAAdQ/-H7ec7LzrKU/s320/DSC04631.JPG" /></a></div><div><br /><br /><br /><br /></div><div></div><div><br /><br /><br /><br /></div><div></div><div><br /><br /><div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z5Tfo7_cI/AAAAAAAAAdY/yCfz2AhzGno/s1600-h/DSC04635.JPG"></a></div><br /></div><div></div><div></div><div><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z6BKyBzsI/AAAAAAAAAd4/Ty0BwOQ9RF4/s1600-h/DSC04629.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 200px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5451178559471210178" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6Z6BKyBzsI/AAAAAAAAAd4/Ty0BwOQ9RF4/s200/DSC04629.JPG" /></a><br /><br /><br /></div><div></div><div><br /><br /><br /></div><div></div><div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-3586354119753035352010-03-18T21:00:00.000-07:002010-03-18T21:13:57.750-07:00Dig Dig"DIG DIG!" Some neighbors let us borrow their digger slash tractor, which are some of Enochs favorite toys to play with. The first night we got it, he pulled each one of us by the finger to the garage several times so he could say "night night" to it. It took him awhile to learn how to steer while moving. He would push the pedal, stop, turn way right, go, stop, turn it way left and so on. It gave me small glimpse of what it might be when he turns 16....=) He's getting the hang of it now though!<br /><br /><p><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 286px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5450190381089241090" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6L3RncTOAI/AAAAAAAAAb4/CdKxJcQvQpk/s400/SANY0439.JPG" />Showing me with his head how the front tips over </p><p><br /></p><p><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5450190396038345138" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6L3SfIccbI/AAAAAAAAAcA/oP8MdERmK28/s400/SANY0450.JPG" /> Doesn't like to stay on the sidewalk </p><p><br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6L3TF_7JbI/AAAAAAAAAcI/CbZGaG9V7jM/s1600-h/SANY0459.JPG"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5450190406471591346" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S6L3TF_7JbI/AAAAAAAAAcI/CbZGaG9V7jM/s400/SANY0459.JPG" /></a> There he goes! </p>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-84576603408451094652010-03-08T14:02:00.000-08:002010-04-13T12:55:08.302-07:00Rain and puddles<div align="center">We love the RAIN!<br /></div><div align="center"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 286px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5446386928509395234" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S5V0DiciISI/AAAAAAAAAbA/oo6QKiDPfo8/s400/0_0%5B1%5D-1.jpg" /></div><div align="center">And the PUDDLES!</div><div align="center"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5446761612849528610" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S5bI1CYhPyI/AAAAAAAAAbI/9XfQaRf7wBE/s400/0_0%5B1%5D-2.jpg" /></div><div align="center">And the MUD piles!</div><div align="center"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5446761831411252898" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S5bJBwlsfqI/AAAAAAAAAbQ/v1bHesR3GlU/s400/0_0.jpg" /></div><div align="center">And LAYING in the mud</div><div align="center"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5446762062782836226" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S5bJPOg-rgI/AAAAAAAAAbY/UlhjOt96w6k/s400/%5Bhj.jpg" /></div><div align="center">And sitting in TREE SEATS</div><div align="center"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5446762307051175314" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S5bJdcfFvZI/AAAAAAAAAbg/8Nlt5qDs8jo/s400/po.jpg" /></div><div align="center">We wrote the boys names in the sidewalk when it was wet...so we look at it every time we go on our walks!</div><div align="center"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 160px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5446762657768401170" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S5bJx3Al6RI/AAAAAAAAAbw/cu731yv6J5E/s200/pokj.jpg" /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 160px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5446762645321933410" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S5bJxIpH4mI/AAAAAAAAAbo/t-xMfVoH71o/s200/lk.jpg" /></div>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-57187170441042624982010-02-25T18:54:00.000-08:002010-04-13T12:55:48.161-07:00Coyote, strwberry, towel<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S4dF56ZaRMI/AAAAAAAAAaA/MrCj0L6j-FM/s1600-h/coyote_eastern_380.jpg"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 253px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5442395535931229378" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S4dF56ZaRMI/AAAAAAAAAaA/MrCj0L6j-FM/s320/coyote_eastern_380.jpg" /></a>Saw this guy when we were outside today! We were on the back porch so Enoch could look at some of his favorite things in action...a digger and dump truck out in the field behind us. Our coyote friend came out of the woods near by, looked and started walking our way. Hearing Enoch say <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error">"OWWW"</span> I turn to ask what was wrong, only to see him enthusiastically start running out into the yard to greet him. <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">EK</span>! It scared him off thank goodness, and we watched him walk toward the men at work in the field, sit to looked around, and then off to his destination. He just looked like a house dog going on a stroll. So tame!<br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S4dGCaUs5GI/AAAAAAAAAaI/3ZSypJ-Kaio/s1600-h/SANY0424.JPG"></a><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S4dTiJc3dMI/AAAAAAAAAag/G-AbwMr2bmQ/s1600-h/SANY0424.JPG"><img style="MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 187px; FLOAT: right; HEIGHT: 200px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5442410520818185410" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S4dTiJc3dMI/AAAAAAAAAag/G-AbwMr2bmQ/s200/SANY0424.JPG" /></a><br /><div><div><div>This is Noah enjoying his first taste of <strong><span style="color:#ff0000;"><span style="font-size:130%;color:#ff6666;">strawberry!</span> </span></strong>We have a little mesh sack that holds fruit, with a handle on the bottom. Apparently he caught me sweeping and sneakily went to get something to help. It was such a sweet gesture, he is my little helper! So after that we washed the floor and took out the trash. We were pulling the bag threw the house together, when he reached up, took my hand off, and <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">attempted</span> to relieve me by dragging it himself. After a few funny faces, he discovered it wouldn't budge. So he reached back up to direct my hand back on. His other contribution to cleaning, was pushing his tractor behind my every motion of the vacuum cleaner, like he was getting the dirt I missed. And of course pushing the On/Off button! This towel picture was after his bath, all cutely wrapped up by Daddy, waiting to get a diaper on. If this picture had sound, you could hear him saying "<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error">teese</span>" </div></div></div>Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1846387538509693396.post-53998716834092075792010-02-23T20:14:00.000-08:002010-02-25T07:49:36.005-08:00<span style="font-family:arial;font-size:180%;color:#ff9900;"><strong>HAPPY 6 MONTHS NOAH!</strong></span><br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S4Sn_6Qz63I/AAAAAAAAAZg/G79BZgN3Cls/s1600-h/DSC04560.JPG"><img style="WIDTH: 300px; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5441658966183766898" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lPlPFzcpkZU/S4Sn_6Qz63I/AAAAAAAAAZg/G79BZgN3Cls/s400/DSC04560.JPG" /></a><br />Noah is saying syllables like MA MA MA (yes!) But the last couple of naps Noah has joined us (usually he's already sleeping.) So this time I read both of them to sleep-it was so sweet! I was sitting right in the middle there and had to get up to get this picture. AND I just finished that tractor blanket for Enoch the other day...the letters ARE even, they just look crocked in the picture because the way it's laying, especially the H, but it does look better in real life!Loaf Lifehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16372300310744035096noreply@blogger.com3
